Warranty
The warranty does not cover damage due to extreme weather conditions.
Steel components in our outdoor furniture and accessories are coated with rust inhibiting paint to prevent rusting. However, due to the nature of steel, surface oxidation (rusting) will occur once these protective coatings are scratched. This is not considered a defect and will not covered by the warranty.
Kindly email our customer care team at helpme@sunjoyonline.eu with your name, email, contact number as well as a photo or screenshot of your receipt. Do include a photo of the damaged/defect item, if applicable.
You will receive a replacement of the product or its parts in their original style and color. If the original is unavailable or has been discontinued, a replacement of similar style or color may be sent to you.
Assembly
We publish all the manuals on the website on their respective product pages. When you click on the link for manual you'll see it open and then you have the chance to save it to your computer.
We recommend consulting with your locagoverning authority or checking your localmunicipal codes before assembly.
