Refund policy
At SUNJOY UK, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to get a replacement or refund. Please read the policy carefully before initiating a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:

The item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.

You can provide proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, or receipt).
Note: We cannot accept returns for assembled items, custom-made products, or items marked as “Final Sale” unless they are faulty or damaged.
2. Return Process

- Prepare the following:
- Your order number and email address
- 6 clear photos: packaging (before and after opening), shipping label, and product details
- Submit your request and wait for approval via email or check your return status online.
You must ship the item back within 7 days of receiving return approval. Please remove all old shipping labels before sending the package.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
The refund will exclude any outbound shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).
If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund if the return is not due to a defect or error.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order. This ensures faster processing and availability confirmation.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for transit damage, or as soon as possible for manufacturing defects.
Provide your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos or videos.
We will arrange a replacement part, full product replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Clearance and final sale items (unless faulty).
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper assembly.
- Products are missing essential parts or manuals.
7. Warranty Claims
Some SUNJOY UK products include a limited warranty. Please refer to your product manual or contact our support team for full details.
